		<description>It&#039;s interesting reading Alice Oswald&#039;s excellent celebration of Hughes, which I found after writing this post. She sees the abundant use of compounds as a positive aspect of his poetry, and uses exactly the same examples as I do above (hour-before-dawn dark, etc).  It&#039;s all subjective I guess.
