For our next session we’re taking spirituality as our theme, with a leaning towards German artists. The works we will be absorbing and discussing between now and the next meeting on the 13th December 2007 are as follows:

• Symphony No. 2 in C minor ‘Resurrection’ – Gustav Mahler (Music)
• Mass in B Minor – Johann Sebastian Bach (Music)
• The chapel of Notre Dame du Haut in Ronchamp – Le Corbusier (Architecture)
• Cologne Cathedral, also known as Hohe Domkirche St Peter und Maria
  (Architecture)

This is the first time we’ve looked at architecture, so it’s exciting new territory for the Culture Club.
